Let’s all go to the chill out room. Chill-out [chĭl -ˈau̇t] music (sometimes also chillout, chill out, or simply chill) is an umbrella term for several styles of electronic music characterized by their mellow style and mid-tempo beats — “chill” being derived from a slang injunction to “relax.” A non-stop, 3-hour groove with the best in Trip Hop, Dream Pop, Acoustic, Ambient and World Grooves, designed to help you unwind. We are back and sounding better via 107.5 FM!

The phoenix rises from the ashes. Well, to make a long story short…we got our primary transmitter back up & running. An unexpected bonus were the new chips in our new unit, that meant a much better sound quality to our broadcasts. FM will never be digital, but our broadcast sounds pretty damn good. The TX seems to have a more ‘solid’ signal. All of our tests of the broadcasts show a longer stereo range than we previously had. Thanks so much to all of the faithful andHow.FM fans who showed their support in our time of need.  You guys have done more than you can ever know with your support. If you would like more info on how you can help support andHow.FM click here! Enjoy the tunes.  They are for you. We hope you like them. Chur, andHow.FM...

We need your help! Our primary FM broadcast transmitter has gone to a better place. R.I.P. Unfortunately we are now running on a backup transmitter at a reduced wattage until we get a repair or replacement and now there is no backup!  We are a non-commercial & non-profit radio station and wholly depend on donations to operate and to cover our expenses. We do not receive government or corporate funding and are 100% independent funded by our supporters and listeners. **UPDATE** We have reached our funding goal and negotiations for repairs to our transmitter are underway!!  The new replacement transmitter is on its way, along with the parts to repair the old one.  The new transmitter is up and broadcasting on 107.5 FM again!  When it rains it pours!   Special thanks to Marko from PCS Electronics for his valuable, dedicated support & assistance! You can help us get back to world-class FM radio by showing your support by sending us a few dollars and becoming a supporter today.  Your donations are helping to ensure that we continue to bring you top quality shows and impeccable programming to the Porirua airwaves at 107.5 FM!
